Parking can be booked on a monthly or nightly basis, subject to availability. First contact us directly before booking your nightly spot, as a password will be needed and nightly spots are subject to availability.

This tiny Downtown parking lot is highly sought after. 

Parking can be reserved on a monthly basis by professionals who live or work Downtown. 

The security deposit is $100. Monthly parking is $200. Nightly parking is $20 (strictly 24 hours as defined in your booking). 

We do require all monthly parkers to use our payment platform at Cozy.co, which is free if you set it up with your checking account. 

Nightly parkers will simply pay directly using a regular credit card transaction. 

We only offer only month-to-month agreements, and this arrangement must be set up DIRECTLY with the vehicle owner (i.e., not with an employer or real estate developer). 

Every parking space needs to have a designated vehicle license plate. If you change vehicle, please let us know immediately to avoid being towed.
